Our expertly trained staff ensures each feline guest receives daily supervised exploration time in our enrichment center, along with personalized individual attention that supports their wellbeing. While cats and dogs share our facility, we maintain completely separate floors to ensure a calm, stress-free environment tailored to each species’ unique needs. Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hour notice for all boarding reservation cancellations. If you fail to provide 24-hour notice, you may be charged the full rate for your reservation.

Boarding Policies

We are happy to administer oral or topical medications or supplements to your pets! Medication must be in the original prescribed container with the legible prescription label.
Please bring enough food for the duration of your pet’s boarding stay. You must provide individual prepackaged containers or Ziplock bags with your pet’s name and food measured by meal. Canned food and meal toppers are accepted in their original container but must be labeled with your pet’s name.
