Yes. Because all dog boarding guests participate in daycare during their stay, we require all potential boarding guests to come in for at least one day of daycare before they can spend the night with us. This helps ensure that we are a good fit for your dog.
We recommend bringing their regular food, changing a dog's diet suddenly can cause gastrointestinal stress. Please provide their normal food in a resealable container. Feeding instructions will be gone over by our front desk associates upon arrival. The Pet Spot is happy to manage special diets that require refrigeration, freezing, and microwaving. Feel free to provide any treats your animal eats regularly, as well.
We will provide your dog with bowls and fleece blankets for their stay. Pet parents are encouraged to bring their animals bed from home as well as a few toys. NO RAWHIDES OR CHOKING HAZARDS PLEASE.
If your dog takes any type of medicine or vitamin, please bring it and the original prescription bottle with clear instructions on when and how much to administer. Additional medication fees of $3 per day will be added to your reservation.
Yes. Because we limit the number of dogs in our playgroups, reservations are required. We often fill up months in advance for holidays, so please plan accordingly. We encourage you to contact us as early as possible to make your pup’s reservation.

We recommend bringing their regular food because switching their diet could cause an upset stomach and unnecessary stress. Please provide dry food in a sealed plastic container and/or unopened canned food. Be sure to bring enough for their entire stay. If your cat usually gets treats or additional supplements or food, please provide those as well. We have a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave, so we can do whatever is necessary to keep your cat on their regular feeding schedule.
If your cat takes medication, please bring it along with the original prescription bottle with clear instructions on when and how much to administer. Additional medication fees of $3 per day will be added to your reservation.
You may also want to provide your cat’s usual litter in a sealed bag or plastic container. Cat parents are encouraged to bring their animals bed, blankets, or toys to make your kitty feel more at home.
