When your dog stays with us, they will enjoy year-round comfort in our amazing facility. Whether you choose one of our standard kennels or a luxury suite, our entire facility is heated and air-conditioned for your pets comfort. Rest assured knowing that our caring team is dedicated to providing a safe and fun boarding experience for pets under our care.
Standard kennels measure 4 ft x 4 ft x 6 ft tall and feature rubber flooring and kennel walls. Our deluxe suites measure a minimum of 6 ft x 5.5 ft x 8 ft tall and feature rubber flooring, and solid walls. Each deluxe suite is equipped with wood-framed beds and a memory foam mattress, topped with plush bedding and blankets.
**A $37.00 late fee will be added to any boarding reservation that checks out after 12pm.
We require 24 hours notice for all boarding reservation cancellations. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice, you may be charged the full rate for your reservation. Please visit our Requirements page for additional policies and information.
We are happy to administer oral or topical medications or supplements to your pets! Medication must be in the original prescribed container with the prescription label adhered.
Please bring enough food for the duration of your pet's boarding stay. You must provide individual prepackaged containers or Ziplock bags with your pet’s name and food measured by meal. Canned food and meal toppers are accepted in their original container, but must be labeled with your pet's name.
